It's almost misleading to list only Canadian mystery shopping companies, since many based in the US also have shoppers doing shops in Canada. If there is an American based chain outlet in Canada, it is quite likely that the mystery shopping will be handled by a US company, using Canadian shoppers. Similarly, Tim Hortons and other Canadian outlets in the US might be served by a Canadian company using U.S. shoppers. Some have offices in both countries. By popular demand though, here is the complete list of Canadian headquartered companies.
All of our Mystery Shoppers live in the territory that they service. Each MSR is assigned a sufficient number of locations as to be able to adequately visit or contact all of them during a one week period. This allows our client to implement their marketing initiatives instantly on a national or North American basis, as well as to see a "snapshot in time" of the state of their presence in their channels of distribution. We can easily cover the major urban centres across North America and Australia on a monthly basis. More frequent store visits due to new product introductions or special promotions and training can also be accommodated. In addition, we have a very strong rural presence and are able to visit stores of major chains which are located in smaller urban centres.
